Greenwich review for Podifai Product Customizer

Podifai is an excellent product customiser and has quickly become an important part of our bespoke product service. It provides a complete set of flexible templating tools, and its customisers work very well across desktop and mobile and across the multiple themes we tested. What stands out most is that the app is clearly being developed with real merchants in mind, and the team is steadily improving it based on feedback. The support has been exceptional. Chelsea and the team are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in understanding how we use the app. They engage thoughtfully with our feedback, prioritise useful improvements and have been very hands-on with setup, theme integration and ensuring ongoing compatibility with a wide range of Shopify marketplace themes. We use Maestroo’s Prestige theme, and they have been particularly helpful in making sure everything works properly. We are very happy to be using Podifai for our new bespoke service.
