The app has truly been a game changer for our business, and working with Chelsea and her team has made the experience even better. Great app! It's simple, user-friendly, and works exactly as expected. We reported a technical issue, and Chelsea was incredibly responsive throughout the process. Podifai is an excellent product customiser and has quickly become an important part of our bespoke product service. It provides a complete set of flexible templating tools, and its customisers work very well across desktop and mobile and across the multiple themes we tested. What stands out most is that the app is clearly being developed with real merchants in mind, and the team is steadily improving it based on feedback. The support has been exceptional. Chelsea and the team are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in understanding how we use the app. They engage thoughtfully with our feedback, prioritise useful improvements and have been very hands-on with setup, theme integration and ensuring ongoing compatibility with a wide range of Shopify marketplace themes. We use Maestroo’s Prestige theme, and they have been particularly helpful in making sure everything works properly. We are very happy to be using Podifai for our new bespoke service.

I’m so glad I found Podifai. The support has been outstanding — I even spoke directly with the owner/founder, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely invested in my success. Podifai helped me get on target when I was close to giving up. The product itself is super easy to use. My advice: start with one of the pre‑built templates that closely matches what you’re trying to do. Once I did that, everything fell into place. I saved my template, and now it’s just rinse‑and‑repeat for every new product. Before Podifai, I tried two other customization apps and wasted a lot of time, money, and effort only to discover they couldn’t meet my requirements. It was frustrating and discouraging. Podifai met my needs immediately, and with their support, I truly believe I can make my project happen instead of abandoning it. This is exactly what I have been looking for and the price is right! The basic features are exactly what I need. I love the live preview! I use a similar live preview with my amazon store, so I love having a similar feature for my website. I have tried several other live previewers and they either cost way more than shopify each month, or were far more complicated and still couldn't give me the same features.

Podifai has been great for our store. The performance and UI are excellent. We are able to set up our product options without ever opening a guide - it's that easy. We tried other options apps before this, and they either had a steep learning curve or slowed down the product page. Podifai does neither. Highly recommend this app.

After testing several of the major product customization apps available on the Shopify App Store, I decided to go with Podifai, and I'm very happy with my choice. First, I don't need a lot of flashy or overly complicated features. Podifai provides exactly what I need: real-time preview and image upload, and both work very well for my business. Second, what impressed me the most was the developer's responsiveness. Every time I had a question or suggestion, I received a prompt and thoughtful reply. That level of support is rare and makes a huge difference. Finally, Podifai is currently free to use during its launch period, making it an excellent opportunity to try it without any risk. I highly recommend downloading and giving it a try. It's clear that a lot of care and effort has gone into building this app, and I'm excited to see how it continues to improve.

I love this app. It ties my website together beautifully and is also aesthetically pleasing to use. The developer is a fantastic communicator, too, which made setup and tweaks really easy.

Probably one of the only apps where I genuinely feel that a lot of love and research has gone into it, created by someone who is passionate about providing a solution that is essentially plug-and-play and just works. I don't currently have a need for the live customisation features, but it's nice knowing they're there if I ever want to use them in the future. The fact that it's free is a bonus, but I would genuinely have no issue paying for this app, knowing that it supports an Australian business and a developer who is passionate about continually improving their product.
