App is affordable & customer service is great! We've ran into some issues along the way, but the Podmaster team has been very responsive. They've even been open to adding some of our feature requests which means we've got a very customized experience for our customers which is helping sales. I will say there has definitely been some hurdles. Unfortunately, we weren't able to just install the app with no issues. We've had to do a lot of back and forth to get the app working properly, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. But if you are patient & want a truly custom app, this is a great choice.

The custom product app is incredibly simple to use, making it easy to set up and create designs quickly. I truly appreciate its straightforward and user-friendly interface. However, there are significant issues that overshadow the positive aspects. The app often gets stuck on "Loading assets," which makes it unusable at times. Even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I tried messaging them directly through the app, but received no response—not even an automated acknowledgment that my message was received. I also opened a support ticket, but still no reply. While I love the app's simplicity, the combination of technical problems and unresponsive customer support is a major drawback. These issues need to be addressed for the app to reach its full potential.
