We are an e-commerce startup and do not have resources to build a BI from scratch. I found Polar in the App store and all it took to get a full BI was to connect the data sources via few clicks. We wanted to add CAC per country, which was not in Polar, so I reached out to the customer support. I was invited to a call with Abby and Charbel and they figured out a way to do it right on the call. This is why I am writing this review, since they they really went above a beyond to solve our use case. Thank you

A very useful tool to consolidate marketing metrics reporting, and the support is exceptional and always so quick.

I use Polar Analytics for 6 month now and it's really helpful to track data daily and make reports. The team is always there if I have a question or need explanation on something. Moreover, the tool evolve very often with new metrics, more customization in order to meet all customers need. If you need a reliable tool for data, try this one.

Polar is fantastic. I have 4 shops and use Polar to give me an overview of all shops in one dashboard. Also, integration with Analytics and Klayvio is perfect.

Polar est une appli vraiment intéressante. Ce qui fait son point fort, c'est la personnalisation. Polar permet de créer des dashboards et des KPI spécifique très facilement. De plus, leur SAV est très réactif et directement sur slack.

I've tried lots of Analytics tools and this is the one we've settled on. It surfaces all the critical information you need to see every day and the customs report feature is great. Support is also excellent. Highly recommended

I've tried many reporting apps via Shopify, but they have yet to be close in functionality when compared to Polar. Both the UX and customizability are second to none. I am building out my online store data and taproom reporting in a very methodical way that's scalable helping me understand opportunities and wins in my business. The fact that I can solve for how many ounces I'm pouring and what that equates to in kegs for better supply management is awesome. And as a bonus, pushing those to Slack is even cooler. With the help of the excellent customer service of Abby and the team, I've done a lot in a short amount of time and they have been quick to respond when something comes up. Save time and just choose Polar (I wish I did this earlier)

Polar Analytics has been a game-changer for us as a multi-brand business. Out of all the tools we were looking at, Polar had the best UI & UX. The app is easy to navigate and set up, and it has a wide range of features that have helped us streamline and enhance our business operations. The customer support team is also top-notch, they are always quick to respond and help with any issues or questions that we have.

Very useful and well-thought app. Allows our business to connect multiple data sources and gather everything into 1 single-view dashboard. We use it cross-departments on a daily basis.

Our company started using Polar as a trial, after uploading and converting data we quickly saw the benefit in using the one stop location for all data and advertising spend information. You do need to spend some time diving into its depths to get a true fully integrated experience but it is so worth it. Not only is it the most user friends data integration out there, its also visually the most appealing. BEST!

This tool is incredibly helpful in combining data and identifying opportunities. The support, above all, is not only very skilled, friendly and quick, they really go out of their way to ensure that you are able to get all out of the tool. Go try it!

Really thorough, detailed daily dashboard and deep-dive analytics. I love using the scheduled reports (every day!) to have daily vital signs sent straight to Slack where I can see them easily and make sure I always know what's going on with the key numbers like traffic, conversion, orders, ad spend, CAC and more. Connects to Shopify, Amazon, Google Ads and Analytics, Facebook, Recharge and more.

The best Analytics app for Shopify stores. It changed the way we monitor our data and analytics on a daily and weekly basis. It is now impossible for us not to use Polar Analytics.
