I have been using Polar Analytics for some time and it is great to see their growth and how they are always looking to add new features. They are quick to respond to questions - Charbel is the man - and feedback on new features from the user's perspective. If you are looking for the most visually appealing and easy to understand profit and customer analytics - especially if you multiple e-commerce properties in your portfolio then look here first. Near real-time visibility to the performance of your business so you always know whether you are on track and when you aren't to make smart decisions backed by clear data and insights.

I love how Polar Analytics allows us to get daily updates and analytics from all of our channels in one streamlined platform and where we work daily, on Slack.

We've looked for the right marketing analytics data visualization platform for 2+ years, and Polar Analytics has been the best by far. They come pre-loaded with key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, Spend) that we're looking for, and have easily customizable dashboards for different looks we want to create. Their support has been super helpful as well - if I do not know how to create something, they help right away.

I use this daily in my analytics. This beats Lifetimely, Google Data Studio and any other software I tried. Highly recommended.

Polar Analytics is the easiest to use analytics app I've found for Shopify. The UI is the more intuitive than other apps I've tried. The ability to create unique views and report/export against almost any data set means I can get everything I need in one place. Also their customer service is above and beyond if you have any questions. Can't recommend enough!

This app and all of their support is great. Yes, they are young as a company and there is a huge potential which for now remain locked. But if you have multiple store and you want to see every thing in. one place. I did not find better app. Connection to Rechrage, Shopify, GA and Ads system. That is a perfect combo if you do not want to spend fortune on Data team. Definitely there is still lots of work but Polar makes your life easier. We do use it for a big overview. To see what works and what does not. For detail reporting on some specific problem you still need to use something else. But to get the overview and spot issues fast, it is a great app.
