Our company is a growing merchandising management company that manages the merchandise sold for dozens of national brands. We needed a tool that could help us customize reporting that we could see for all of our shops we run on shopify at once. Polar gave us a phenomenal onboarding and trial period. They worked with our team hand in hand to build specific custom reports, help us set up daily notifications of our KPIs and helped us set up our main landing page to review key metrics that can be set by date. Their platform has been great for our financial and managerial reporting. I have loved working with Abby and other members of the team. Highly suggest doing a trial of polar if you're managing several shopify accounts!

Having recently found Polar Analytics, we’ve found it’s had a significant impact on how we track our analytics and data on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. It’s wholistic approach and versatility has enabled us to integrate our most important data sources at the click of a button and create custom reports and dashboards to track sales, ad spend, CRM performance and so much more. It’s very easy to use and the team at polar have been really helpful.

Really thorough, detailed daily dashboard and deep-dive analytics. I love using the scheduled reports (every day!) to have daily vital signs sent straight to Slack where I can see them easily and make sure I always know what's going on with the key numbers like traffic, conversion, orders, ad spend, CAC and more. Connects to Shopify, Amazon, Google Ads and Analytics, Facebook, Recharge and more.

The best Analytics app for Shopify stores. It changed the way we monitor our data and analytics on a daily and weekly basis. It is now impossible for us not to use Polar Analytics.

One of the most flexible tools out there that allows us to create any kind of metric / report to better track our sales, gross margins and ad spend. Their support is amazing, I strongly recommend this app as it was definitely something we needed to grow our store. I've tested all the analytics softwares on the market, and I can confidently say that Polar is the best analytics software due to their many and flexible features which most of their competitors are still lacking.

We’d used a few reporting tools in the past and were looking for something that would give us the reporting needed to help grow the business, integrating in all our marketing channels and reporting on them in one place. Polar has been excellent since day one, some huge pro’s: + Excellent customer service. The Polar team has been very helpful in getting us setup, answering any questions we have and offering great advice. + Easy to use reporting. Our team has found it very easy to use, report on and get useful insights from. + Lots of depth and customisation. The ability to create custom reports and custom metrics has been great and has let us tailor the reporting to our needs. + Their roadmap of development looks very positive, so hopefully it only gets better! We would definitely recommend.

At first we wanted use Tableau or Power BI... And we have found that gem. Since we used Polar Analytics we are able to understand our business everyday. Here the benefits of Polar Analytics : -Less time of reporting -Every people of the team can access and understand the data. -Understand yor cohorts -You can anticipate the sold out with the forcast solution -You can Kill product with Low LTV -You can construct product bundles for better recomandations At the end we have increase +20% growth. I bet tomorrow there will be two kinds of business, shops who use Polar and the others.

I have been using Polar Analytics for some time and it is great to see their growth and how they are always looking to add new features. They are quick to respond to questions - Charbel is the man - and feedback on new features from the user's perspective. We've looked for the right marketing analytics data visualization platform for 2+ years, and Polar Analytics has been the best by far. They come pre-loaded with key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, Spend) that we're looking for, and have easily customizable dashboards for different looks we want to create. Their support has been super helpful as well - if I do not know how to create something, they help right away.

We have tried 4-5 different analytic apps in the market and NOTHING COME CLOSE TO POLAR ANALYTIC ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We were wasting so much time back then (2-3 hours everyday) just to compile and manual input the ads metric across all different platform like a mad man. The fact that this apps have the ability to connect all your data source then convert to your own customs report so you know which part of your sales funnel is broken is already well worth the price! It is a total game changer for us and we 100% recommend it. Bonus: Their support are super friendly and they are willing to go above and beyond just to make sure they delivered value for their users. We requested for a few minor features/improvement and their team just make it happen within a week.. just WOW. Give it a try, you will not regret it!
