We use POP for our Shopify invoicing, including PEPPOL, and have had a very positive experience. What impressed us most is the responsiveness of the support and development team. We needed invoice numbers and statuses to be available as Shopify order metafields for reporting purposes. They listened to our use case, implemented the required metafields, and when we identified an issue with PEPPOL status updates, they investigated it immediately and released a fix. Communication throughout the process was fast, clear and technically knowledgeable. It is great to work with a team that not only provides support, but actually uses customer feedback to improve the product. POP has become an important part of our Shopify invoicing workflow. Highly recommended, especially for European merchants dealing with e-invoicing and PEPPOL.

Totally unsuitable for POS billing
Update: POS billing is now fully supported as of February 2026. We released a fix within days of this report and processed a full refund. We appreciate the feedback that helped us improve.

Some bugs here and there, but it does what it advertises.
