Such a great app, we started using mainly for the mobile exit pop up feature but have been able to introduce so much more to our website. We A/B test regularly to see the best performing feature and the help from the team is great. We needed some support and they were there to help straight away, and we've even been on a few helpful webinars they have put on.

I love the seamless integration of Wisepops x Shopify. Very quick and smooth. The library is very handy, I've always used it to start a new campaign. I was so happy to see that web notifications came up, even though I'm not ready to use this feature yet. Good customer support with speedy and effective answers. Their tech team were able to process custom things for us, which is great. Your needs to stay unanswered (in opposition to other apps). It would be great to see that the contact comes from a Wisepops campaign inside its Shopify backoffice contact page. Improvements need to come on the web notification feature, but it's very new with them so it should come fast.

Great app which is providing us with additional channels to mobilise. Pretty much a plug and play app, easy set-up and speedy. The embed forms require a little bit more of a play around than the standard pop-ups provided. Otherwise, I do recommend.

A game changer for our user experience. Many features are available, such as the notification center and pop-ups. The main strength of this application is how much the user experience can be customized. On top of that, the support from the Wisepop team is excellent!

Very disappointed. I reached out several times during my trial to get help and never got proper support. My trial ended without resolving my issue, and I was left with no choice but to stop using the tool. Poor customer service — I can't recommend Wisepop after this experience.

As a marketing consultant, I've used Wisepops now for a number of years across a number of client accounts to invite users to sign up for email updates. And this functionality alone is unbeatable. But over the past few years, Wisepops has evolved from a simple website pop up tool to a a full blown suite of onsite marketing tools. And just recently I've deployed Wisepops on a Shopify store for the first time. It's an absolutely essential tool. In a single affordable tool you have everything you need to generate leads, push notifications to users, and personalize their experience on your store based on browsing and purchase history. The deep integration with Shopify and the analytics means that you can easily track purchase goals. And the small details like the ability to set your own goal conversion attribution window makes Wisepops an unbeatable tool. Plus, you can tell that they care about their product and really want to create the best on site marketing tool. They are constantly rolling out new features that quite literally shape the definition of onsite marketing. If you're not using Wisepops, you're missing a lot of opportunities to invite your website visitors to take the actions that they want to take.

Really amazing app and idea. Notification that is not intrusive and yet works. Just wish it was cheaper and easier to install. I keep having issues with it not showing up on PC or Mobile and with every fix, it works in one and not the other. As a new company, I think the future is bright if they add more features and/or make it cheaper.

We installed Wisepops to test out a treasure hunt campaign. Everything from the app interface, onboarding experience and usage directions were top-notch. The plugin is intuitive to use and offers a diverse range of customizations. Lisa from the customer support team was extremely helpful and helped us not only create our treasure hunt campaign but also explore other options. Great supporting app, I've used plenty similar in the past but Wisepops is very intuitive, easy to work around and set up fast great looking campaigns that reach a wide range of demands, it can help give a business significant performance benefits in multiple areas at a fair price.

The app works good, and has a lot of features. But, the pricing feels unfair, it charges you based on total pageviews, even if the majority of these views arent using the apps pop ups. One customer going through 10 pages at once is 10 pageviews. Also the app stops working entirely if you go over these pageviews, and you have to either pay for a much more expensive tier. Also they are tracking these pageviews so you have to trust they are measuring it accurately.

One of the best support teams out there. A lot of apps do the same thing these days and for me, it is always about the support team of the app that makes the decision when choosing. Wisepops is not only a great tool and easy to use, but it also has some of the best people working there - always being helpful, understanding your needs, and above all else great to deal with!
