Much much much better than any other lightbox or popup app we've used on our site. Customer service was impeccable. Evan helped us by doing all of the requested custom formatting we needed and even made recommendations about how we could improve sign ups without us even asking. If there was an option for 6 stars...this app would have my vote.

Great way to utilize pop-ups to gain client email addresses in exchange for an offer. We have then integrated Mail Chimp to build our email marketing list for client only offers, newsletters, content, and discount codes during holidays. Nice app!

Thanks to the customer service rep, we were able to have not only our mailing list linked, but also to add a promo code displayed to people who liked our Facebook page! Just got the app a few days ago, and still testing the ROI, but so far so good!

I upgraded to the plus plan, and it is worth every penny! I have been using it for about two weeks now, and have seen a HUGE increase in my email subscribers. The popup is easy to customize and use. I connected it right to my MailChimp and it imports all of the new subscribers to my email list. I highly recommend this app.

The support we have received from the developer of this app has been incredible. He has personally helped us to make the pop-up look and function the way that we need for it to. Also, we tried at least two other pop-up apps for Shopify before finding this one, and it is definitely the most customizable we tried. I recommend it.

Great app. We have now been recommending this app to all of our Shopify clients. With Pop-Up Window you can essentially market to your target audience long after they leave your website. This is important as many visitors hit your site, then fall-off in many cases. Use Pop-Up Window concurrently with Mail Chimp, and watch your sales increase heavily within a 6 mo. time-frame of implementation. Make sure to create an email marketing campaign with the email addresses that you receive from the Pop-Up Window app. This is the most successful marketing funnel that our clients use for email marketing purposes. Lifter couldn't be more professional: they went way overboard to implement our main image; fancy fonts; success screen with social icons, etc., etc. Their support never wavered. We're about to upgrade so our popup appears when a visitor is leaving our website. We're MORE than satisfied!!

The app is super easy to use, even for non techy people like myself. Installation is a breeze but even more importantly, the customer service is outstanding. I wanted to customize it a bit but wasn't into doing any complicated work. I sent a note and by the time I woke up Evan was already on it. Within a day he had worked magic and made the adjustments that I requested. I was wavering between this and a couple of other pop up window apps but I'm 100% sure I went with the right app. Thanks Evan and team!

I absolutely love this app! Wish I had installed it sooner. The results are amazing. Simple to use, easy to install and if you need any help, support is superb. Would give it 100 stars if I could. WOW! I've read that these pop-ups work AND that they are considered annoying by many people. I fall into the category of being annoyed by them on other websites. But I'm now a believer. I installed the app two days ago and have already added more email addresses than I did all of last week. I will be continuing after the trial period! Zinnia at Zinnia Folk Arts
