Outstanding app and even better support. The team made the wholesale setup intuitive and easy to use, even with advanced features. Onboarding was smooth, and they were quick to help troubleshoot and resolve my issue. They personally went into my Shopify Store and customized what I needed. Replayed to me messages in mins not days!! A+++ Service and Support They genuinely care about their customers and it shows. Highly recommended.

PortalSphere made it surprisingly seamless to run wholesale directly inside Shopify without needing a separate portal or messy workarounds on excel. The interface is clean, and being able to manage B2B customers, pricing tiers, and orders in one place saves a lot of operational friction. It feels like a natural extension of Shopify rather than a bolted-on tool, which made adoption easy for both our team and our retail partners.

We’ve tried many wholesale apps over the years, and this is by far the best one. The PortalSphere team is super responsive and always quick to help if anything comes up. You can tell they actually care about their users. The product recommender/upsell feature has noticeably boosted our average order size, and the flexibility to set custom quantity rules and buyer-specific settings makes it much easier for us to manage wholesale accounts as we want. If you run a B2B store and want something that just works (and works well), this app is a no-brainer.

Has all the features I need to sell to each of my B2B buyers (custom pricing, quantity limits, and payment options). There’s a lot of customization I can do for each buyer, and it’s really easy to navigate on the backend. Their team got me completely set up in a couple days and have been really helpful. This is easily the best all-in-one B2B e-commerce solution I’ve found and I’ve tried them all.

The PortalSphere onboarding team made it very easy to migrate from another B2B app without disrupting my live site or current B2B operations. They got everything set up for me within 2 days on a non-live copy of my site with minimal effort on my end. All I had to do was publish the store after verifying that the pricing rules, quantity rules and checkout options were all assigned to the right buyers. Our revenue is up 17% because of the upsell features. This one's a no brainer.
