Merchants are praising the app for saving them from headaches when switching to the new native Shopify B2B features. However, there is a concern that the app doesn't bridge tax exemption status for individual customers. Users are hopeful that this feature will be added in the future.

Saved me a huge headache, switched over to the newly native Shopify B2B features and was surprised to find they didn't work for the physical POS. Important to note that the app doesn't seem to bridge tax exemption status, so that still needs to be accurate for the individual customers. Hopefully that can be added in the future!
