Hi Juliana, we spoke on the phone yesterday. We're sorry you ran into issues with our app, in early March Shopify removed the legacy POS Link tile you had been using and then simultaneously released a bug in Shopify POS 9.29.1 that prevented merchants from adding our new POS UI Extension tile within Shopify POS. As requested, we've refunded your most recent month.

This is the only app that is able to change the price at POS. Had some issues regarding product type reports, it took a while but it was solved eventually.

Our non-profit loves this app! It is the perfect answer to a gap in Shopify POS non-functionality for dynamic pricing. Also, the customer service is excellent and so helpful.
