For FoH, the intuitiveness of the app meant that my staff got to grips with it in one shift, with customers none the wiser of any change to the till. What makes this app so fantastic is the top-tier customer support. Carmen, Adam and the rest of the team are quick to reply and will support with any issue big or small. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the service, and any new fixes/additions comes with a clear guide or explanation. Honestly couldn't recommend POS Cafe and the team more.

Hey, The app is just what is needed when you want a POS cafe and it is well integrated into Shopify. Everything is easy to understand and when you think you are blocked, you can reached out to their really good support team wich will find you a solution.
This is the first review I have ever written in my life — despite having countless reasons and opportunities to do so before. I always thought it simply wasn't worth my time. After a long search for an app to manage our café locations that would actually run well on Shopify POS, I came across the founders of POS Cafe. I have never encountered people as genuinely committed to their customers as Adam and Carmel. Them in Australia, me in Chile — hunting for tiny overlapping windows in our time zones just to tweak a line of code and get a localization working. A while back I mentioned I needed a floor plan feature, and they told me it was in the pipeline. I'd heard that from plenty of vendors before and it never went anywhere. They actually delivered! I've also never experienced anything quite like flagging an improvement to a developer and having them message me back days later to say they'd already figured out how to solve it. The truth is, POS Cafe works — but what's truly the gem here are its founders.
