It does what it say! I would highly recommend if you want to know how customers find you. I feel it's a important app to have. Not to mention it's FREE!

Used this to help view our ad channels. Let's see how well our customers interact with this. Super easy to install and setup.

Free and does the job! Now waiting for the date to come in. Will let you know if it works fine and hopefully does the same as the other apps

It is a good app. But it would be better if we have an option to add more questions. Also it would be a good idea if there is an option that the survey comes to the customers email instead.

Giving it a 5 so far, I just installed it and the setup and testing was very smooth. I will have to come back and make another review after awhile.

I mean... just WOW. The fact that this is FREEE and it WORKS!!! holy moly I've been trying to figure out a solution to my need forever. FINALLY!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CREATING THIS!!!

I just installed the Survey App and everything went very smoothly. I configured the survey very easily and the test-order went well. Now with the first orders, I can say, that everything works very well. The only thing is, that it seems, that there is no way to export the answers. There is only one option to print the report. So, please, it would be great to have an export option.

Super easy to setup. Integrates perfectly on the thank you page. Lightweight and free. Not much more you can ask for.

Very simple set-up and best of all it's completely free! Will allow us to monitor and analyse difficult to track marketing channels such as TikTok! ❤️❤️

Simple to use, add your own answer fields, etc. Customers also answer with one-click, making it easy on them and more likely to respond. I believe it really helps us focus ad spend when we know were customers are actually coming from. Running ads across multiple platforms that don't generate revenue is a waste of time and money.

Super easy to install and setup. However, I'd have like the option of "Free text field", instead of only dropdown or bullets.

Very easy to set up on my velvet cushion store https://luxe39.com - I bought something on another shopify store yesterday and saw a survey pop up and realised it was something missing on my store so very glad to find such a simple set up
