We use this app for our post-purchase flow and it does exactly what we needed. Setting up separate funnels for different customer groups was straightforward, so refurbished buyers, new device buyers and existing subscription customers each see offers that actually make sense for them. It has been running reliably since we launched it, and the segmentation flexibility is the main reason we would recommend it.
