Very easy experience. There were a couple of mapping issues because of the tax status of our products, but the team was very helpful and resolved concerns as we needed and very quickly. Definitely recommend.

Tried a few different integrations in the past and they haven't worked well or were overly complicated. This however is an amazing app for integrating Xero with Shopify, makes accounting so much easier. Everything comes across perfectly and any issues I've had the customer service is amazing and they help troubleshoot my errors within the day. Thanks Hung!

Excellent app and outstanding support We’ve been using this app to connect Shopify with Xero, and it has made a huge difference to our workflow. The integration works very well and has helped keep our accounting accurate and consistent. What really stands out is the customer support. The team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. We raised a concern around invoice numbering, and not only did they take the time to explain things clearly, but they also fast-tracked a feature update to better support our existing Xero setup. That level of support is rare. Thanks to this app, Shopify and Xero are now working smoothly together, saving us time and reducing manual work. Highly recommended for any business using Shopify with Xero.

Hyve has been an excellent solution for integrating Shopify with Xero. The app does exactly what it promises — it syncs sales data accurately and saves us a huge amount of manual bookkeeping time. The setup was straightforward and the mapping options are clear, which makes it easy to handle VAT, payment gateways, fees, and refunds correctly. Once configured, the integration runs reliably in the background, giving us confidence that our Xero data matches what’s happening in Shopify. What really stands out is the support team. They are extremely responsive and genuinely understand both Shopify and Xero accounting, which is rare. Any questions around configuration or edge cases were handled quickly and professionally. I’ve been using Post to Xero by Hyve for about a month now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The app has made my Shopify accounting completely pain-free, everything syncs smoothly, accurately, and exactly the way I need it to. What really stood out, though, was the support. I had quite a few questions during setup, and Hyve Support patiently and confidently walked me through every step. Their guidance made the entire integration process straightforward, even for someone who isn’t an accounting expert. Fantastic app, outstanding support, and a huge time-saver for my business. I was a bit overwhelmed uploading thousands of transactions to Xero, but the customer service desk knew exactly how to fix any outliers, actually did all the uploading for me and helped set up all the mappings. I would highly recommend this app and the customer service!

The hyve team have been amazing. Out of the box solution is very easy to use and set up and their service turn around time is very quick. We also required a tailored solution which they accommodated within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend!

It works! Setup was easy, highly configurable and well explained. I can link multiple Shopify stores to a single Xero account (subscription per store required). Everything posts and matches perfectly. New products are easy to add and work automatically if you use SKU mapping. Has worked perfectly for 6 months with zero admin time. We've had a single error of unknown cause, once flagged to Hyve support it was fixed & all orders correctly posted within 2 hours, requiring no more input from me than sending an email. overall a great app that does what it says on the tin, real time saver and good value for money.
