We've been using this portal now for a couple of years and it just keeps getting better and better. You definitely need an onboarding to ensure it is all set up correctly but once you've done this it is incredible. It saves us so much time. Plus in terms of the monthly/yearly fee, I reckon we get this back by offering gift vouchers as refunds (with a 10%) incentive. The number of customers who opt for this is incredible and what would have been cash refunds turn into gift cards instead. Special mention to Fara also who is so efficient and helpful. Great business who deserve our business.

An incredible app that not only streamlines returns and exchanges but also gives the customer so much control over the situation, which saves you so much time. Mellisa was amazing throughout the whole set up process and made the whole thing a breeze.

Couldn't be happier with Post Co, it makes our returns process so much easier for our staff and customers. Their customer service is excellent and they always resolve any issues promptly and respond to queries very quickly. Can't recommend them enough!
