We’ve been using PostCo as our returns and exchange portal on Shopify for a few years now, and we love it! The platform is intuitive for both our team and our customers and it has streamlined a process that used to take a lot of time. The customisation options are great - from tailoring the portal to match our brand to setting detailed return rules that suit our workflows. It integrates seamlessly with our shipping partners as well, automatically creating labels without any manual steps on our end. The support team have always been quick to respond, they are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Every question we’ve had has been answered promptly with clear guidance, giving us full confidence in the platform.
