I highly recommend PostCo to anyone looking for a reliable returns portal. The support team is absolutely incredible, they are everything! Over the last two years, they have implemented so many great features that have made our process so much smoother. The recent integration with New Zealand Post has been a massive win for us. It has made our returns side so much more accessible and user-friendly for our customers here in NZ. If you want to make returns easy for both your team and your shoppers, this is the app to use. Thanks again to the team for all the support!

The app works well, but support changed our default language without permission after I asked a simple question. It is unacceptable to modify customer settings without notification or consent. __ They fixed that. __ The app is working okay, but if you are outside the US, you have pretty limited options. Also, it is quite costly, compared to similar apps.

We have been using this app for just over a month now and we couldn't speak more highly of it! We were suggested Post Co from a friend who also use the platform. Set us was seamless and nothing was an issue. The customisable page is amazing and we even had a few requests to create specific rules that were created by the team. Certainly has streamlines our returns process and has allowed staff more time to work on other projects.
