this is the worst courier service ill even not reccomend this to my enemy my returns are not being returned to me and they just eat it pick guy sheryar is also the worst he dont pick up calls i messaged him for pick up and he saw it one month later whenever i ask them to return my parcels they jus say email us They should get a reward of being worst

There have been too many fake return attempts. They didn’t even contact the customer and marked the order as 'refused to accept.' Then, the customer contacted us directly, saying the courier rider never called or attempted delivery. Their customer support didn’t respond to our emails, and their representative was unresponsive as well. I'm seriously considering switching to another courier service — this is damaging my business.

Hello, I'm having trouble downloading your Postex app from the Shopify App Store. When I try to install it, the page reloads and displays an error message saying "Try again." I've attempted several times, but the issue persists. Could you please assist with this? Thank you!
