Customs invoices do not generate automatically, resulting in extra fees from Postnord
Hi Tinko, We are sorry to hear about your experience with the customs invoices. We do have a Customs Invoice feature that can automatically generate customs invoices along with your shipping labels. We have emailed you the details on how to enable this feature, and we would be happy to help you get it set up. Many of our customers are already using this feature successfully. I have been using PostNord by Unwin for several years now, and I’m very happy with the service. They have always been helpful, supportive, and quick to assist whenever I needed help. I especially want to thank Nemi, who has been helping me over the years. Through online meetings, she has guided me in setting up the technical details and making everything work as intended. She recently helped me configure the shipping prices in checkout. Great support and a very helpful service. Highly recommended!

Hi Aussie, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, PostNord Norway accounts are not yet supported in PostNord Send Direct Business, which is why the app could not be used as expected. Our app currently supports PostNord Sweden and Denmark accounts. PostNord is actively working on adding support for Norway accounts, and we look forward to supporting them once they become available.
