Customs invoices do not generate automatically, resulting in extra fees from Postnord
Hi Tinko, We are sorry to hear about your experience with the customs invoices. We do have a Customs Invoice feature that can automatically generate customs invoices along with your shipping labels. We have emailed you the details on how to enable this feature, and we would be happy to help you get it set up. Many of our customers are already using this feature successfully. I especially want to thank Nemi, who has been helping me over the years. Through online meetings, she has guided me in setting up the technical details and making everything work as intended.
