Okomplett app! Dessa problem stötte jag på: > Appen Gör INTE automatiska fullfilments med track and trace utan man får klistra in spårningsnummer på alla ordrar manuellt > Skriver inte ut tulldokument CN22 eller CN23 automatiskt, utan man får göra dem manuellt vilket är väldigt tidskrävande > Kan endast skriva ut 10 frakt sedlar i taget, vilket är otroligt tidskrävande > Ordrarna kommer inte in till ert system i ordningsnummer, utan blandas ihop. Så att när man skriver ut alla fraktdokument och samtidigt skriver ut alla följesedlar, så synkas dem inte genom att varje följesedel som skrivs ut först, synkas med den första fraktsedeln som skrivs ut. utan allt blandas ihop och man får leta igenom en hög med följesedlar för att matcha den med fraktsedeln som skrivs ut. När ni har fixat detta så kommer jag komma tillbaka och ändra om min recension. Den tog upp alldeles för mycket av min tid för att det ska uppskattas.

Toppen bra support med dela skärm video möte. Supporten svarade och återkom direkt och gav instruktioner som var lätta att följa samt gick smidigt. Kan starkt rekommendera över Plugin Hive!

Fick fantastisk support av UniWin med att aktivera appen/tjänsten i shopify och ställa in allt rätt mot Postnord. Vi körde delad skärm och inom kort så fungerade allt. De utvecklar appen kontinuerligt och nya funktioner kommer med jämna mellanrum. Saknar man något så är det bara kontakta UniWin supporten så utvärderar de om det är något de ska utveckla och lägga till i appen. Sjukt bra support! Rekommenderas varmt!

Hej har inte börjat använda den ännu men fick bra personlig hjäp att kopla ihop internet shpen med postens hemsida, efter om jag själv inte är så tekniskt lagd

At first the app didn't even work. Uniwin support called from India several times to help and after a week they haven't solved the problem. Then when it started working I thought it would help making shipping run more smoothly - but this is more work than I need.
Thank you for your review. This app was released a couple months ago as a basic version with manual features only. Now recently automatic features are implemented and more features will be released every month. To help our merchants knowing which features are available, we are providing a feature list on our product site where we also share an official roadmap about which features are in queue for release later. Once this app gets more features required for your business flow, feel free to install and use this app again.

If you only send parcels locally this might be good enough. But as a shop that sends a lot of packages abroad the options are not good enough. There is no way to edit what is going to be sent to the postnord portal, for example we might not have accurate weights in our shop. In the sync overview you only see order numbers, which makes it difficult to deal with. Country and name of the person who ordered would be helpful. The UI of the app looks like garbage, minimal effort was put into this app. Considering this, the price of 15USD/mo is way too much.
