Takes a little bit to get used to, because it's very flexible, and has a lot of options. But, now that I've got the hang of it, it's as simple as adding tags to my products, and they automatically categorize in my store. Every time I've had an issue, it's been user error....no fault of the app. I will also say that support helped more than I expected. They went above and beyond, in my opinion.

I saw this app and it looked just what I required. Emailed and Brad responded within a few hours. I paid to have it installed (at a very fair and low price indeed). Brad had me up and running the very next day. I had an employee add tags to our products (VERY simple with the BULK edit tags in the app). A couple of days later and it was all up and running. Wonderful experience working with Brad and I can't say enough on this app. It is the only filter app that auto updates the filters as options are selected. The previous app I used didn't offer this feature, if the filter doesn't auto update then it gives options that aren't available and your customers will just end up with empty carts. Give this app and Brad a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Hands down the absolute best app for sorting collections with lots of products and variants. Brads support went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to utilize the app properly and also made me realize some best practices to deploy in my shop for my collections. I wish they had more than 5 stars to give because Power Tools - Filter Menu deserves it !!! **UPDATE** One year into using this app and it keeps getting better and better. Recently had a few questions regarding added functionality and Veronica and Brad were not only prompt in responding, but their support to helping me unlock additional functionality was key in taking my shop to the next level with my filters. Thanks again and keep up the great support!!

I really like this filter app. I really like how I can choose how to filter everything and how it sorts it within the original collection. The look of it is nice too. I think the customer support alone is a great reason to get this app. I had a unique request for them and they were up to the challenge and immediately went in and implemented the solution to my request. I highly recommend this app. Thank you so much!!

Update July 2023: We've been using the app for about 5 years and are still very happy with it. The support is spectacular and willing to help troubleshoot, offer guidance, and even some customizations. Very affordable. Original review: Excellent app. I spent considerable time trying to set up other product filter apps and none of them did what we needed. Power tools filter is incredibly customizable and there are tons of automatic installations meaning even those with little coding experience can implement these filters on their site. There are also helpful tutorials if you get stuck and support was excellent. I was initially hesitant at the price when compared to other filter apps but of the ones I looked at in depth Power Tools has many more features and is worth it.

So far, so good! This app does a great job of getting around Shopify's limitations with filters, and Brad provides excellent support and customer service, making customisations for us where possible

I originally had some trouble understanding this app, but after a couple of times watching their really informative video, I got the hang of it. They really communicated and helped me with some problems I was having. Super amazing company and product. A must have.

A little confusing to set up at first, but works wonderfully. My only complaint - I wish it didn't have to refresh whenever you select/deselect a filter. This forces the customer to scroll back down.
