PowerUP Retail for POS is a Shopify App designed to help ecommerce merchants run daily operations, hit store targets, and reward top performers. It offers features such as building schedules, clocking staff in and out, sending tasks and training, setting targets with AI forecasting, running contests, leaderboards, and rewarding top performers automatically. Additionally, the app helps in coaching team members on their performance and flagging stock gaps before they impact sales.

A few weeks in with PowerUP. We are a design partner and they gave us a free trial of the Max plan, so take that for what it is worth. Tasks showing up inside POS is what sold us. Staff do not have to open a second app. Running contests and gamification is cool too. Great team to work with. We send feature requests, they come back to us on them. Some are in, some are on the list. No hard sell, no ghosting. Happy to keep going with it.
