I installed this app after testing the Free version, then upgraded and paid for the full year of the Starter plan. I set up the Autoresponder and found that this developer includes their own Unsubscribe link in the footer and you cannot change it unless you upgrade (again!) to the Pro version, even tho their documentation says you can remove the footer with their info with ANY upgrade. But when you click the link to change it in the settings, a pop-up says you must upgrade to Pro! This is misleading customers and forcing them to upgrade to Pro in order to comply with Anti-spam laws! Their support is useless and I asked for a refund less than 24 hrs after having deleted the app. I hope these guys fix this asap, stop misleading customers to force them into the Pro upgrade (which is valid for one option of "Selected Autoresponders" but I used "All Responders" and per their documentation my upgrade should allow me to change within this option). I emailed these guys several times and they told me to clear my cache and try changing the setting again. I have been a webdesigner for 30 years, I know about caches but regardless it didn't work anywayt. I would not use this app. Autoresponder is a required feature for most store owners and this app is taking advantage of Anti-spam requirements. I reported it to Shopify also. I expect a full refund of the annual fee I paid from this developer immediately. I deleted the app and used it less than 24 hrs. I won't use any other apps from these guys or recommend it to my clients either.
