They were responsive, genuinely helpful, and got our forms fully restored. Exactly the kind of service you want when something breaks. The app itself is flexible and does the job well with plenty of customization and integrations, and having a team that actually helps when stuff goes sideways made all the difference for us. Definitely worth considering if you want both a capable form builder and support that doesn’t ghost you.
