Generation Sylva review for POWR Form Builder Contact Form

I loved using this app- it really helped! Thank you! I think that making an option to put the form at the bottom of the page- not through a button would be good. I may be able to do that already but can't see how so maybe if it is possible it would be good to make it clearer.
