For a free plugin, this is hands-down a go to for your site. This plugin made it amazingly easy to make a form for future brand ambassadors. Not only was I able to create a form, but I was able to connect the form to a MailChimp list and send me automated text messages to my phone for all submissions. Thank you guys for this plugin.
