The reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with most users praising the app for being easy to use, simple to install, and effective at improving the look and functionality of their websites. Many reviewers highlight the clean design, stable performance, helpful instructions, and strong support team. Several also mention that the app adds value by making sites more engaging and visually appealing, and some appreciate that it can be used at low cost or even for free. The main negative feedback centers on pricing and feature limits. One reviewer felt the higher-tier plan was expensive, especially given the cap on video uploads, and another wished the app offered more video capacity or remained completely free. Overall, the app is seen as a strong, user-friendly product with good support, but some merchants want more generous limits and better pricing for advanced use.
