Great customer support! Very responsive to requests and assistance! We are using POWR to enhance the customer experience with some popups in critical areas / pages. Soon we'll convert to full POWR using their mapping app. Highly recommend POWR

Highly recommend POWr.io as they are very reliable, and you'll love their diverse suite of awesome apps. Quick and easy setup. Nice to have so many apps available through one app developer as the user interface is familiar. Support is second to none — very responsive when we have questions regarding new features, functionality, configuration and customization. Reasonably priced too. A few minor things we'd like to see improved upon in the future, but overall we are extremely pleased with this choice. Thanks! -EpiTraceSentinelSolutions.com

This app embedded copy to incorrect locations on our site while publishing. The errant copy was inaccessible via the Shopify CMS, and required that we hire a software developer to remove it. We sought assistance of the Support team however they dragged their heals for days, and then "escalated" the ticket. Meanwhile, nothing happened. Beware of this app, and developer.

Installation did not work and documentation on custom install was shabby, was able to install on my own with the included script. Decent app for the price.

Absolutely loving it! Super easy to customise and it makes the site looks super tidy yet customer is still able to find relevant information for themselves! Highly recommended!

Super easy to use. Up and running on any page in minutes. I would give it 5 stars if the app cost could be billed through Shopify. Having separate accounts to remember to update when you get a new card it kind of a pain.

Easy to use and I can finally set up my product pages professionally...YAY! The bonus its free and I love that no coding is needed!

SO far, so good! It is making it easier for my online customers to get small pieces of info quickly and that's really good for them.
