It’s rare to see a CRM built for D2C, Pragma shows us the full picture for every customer, and lets our agents reply on WhatsApp with proper context. We’re way faster and friendlier now. COD orders used to kill us. Now risky orders are flagged, NDRs get follow-ups via WhatsApp, and customers can actually confirm delivery before it fails. WhatsApp flows have been clutch , we use them for delivery updates, failed delivery recovery, and even review requests. Our open rates have gone through the roof.

We used to get tons of “Where’s my order?” messages. Now customers get WhatsApp updates, can check live status, and even start returns without talking to us. Support tickets are down big time.
