This app is exactly what I need for my small store, that is just getting off the ground. Anytime I have run into a tech issue so far, I have emailed the team and I've gotten immediate response and support. Highly recommend this app and team.

I was having trouble with the pre order on my website I contacted support and my issue was fixed promptly the service received was excellent.

App didn't show up on our front end at the start, email support and John quickly replied and resolved the issue. For a app that is free you really can't ask for more! Great app and highly recommend.

Love this app. Making pre-orders is easy. Lots of customization and the ability to have multiple "pre-order" types is great. But most of all the great support from the staff. I changed my theme and my pre-order app wasn't working. Dropped a line to the staff and they integrated it almost immediately. Easy 5 Stars!

The pre-order appeared perfectly on my page, but it makes the site hang and doesn't load well on Google Chrome, but ok in Safari. Unfortunately more people is using Chrome now than others. After remove, issue disappeared. Hopefully developer can look into this matter.

Downloaded the app and set up appeared to be very simple. However, it did not appear on my website. Update (10/14/21) The feature started working on my products today. For some reason it takes a couple of days to work. I hope they fix this soon!

Donwloaded the app, but for some reason the featur is not showing properly on the collectionpage and product page. Send an e mail to the support, but don't hear from them for a week now... I hope with this review they notice me.. #reach out... UPDATE => mails from Pre-order Alpha were indeed in my spam folder => after getting in touch, very smooth service. Issues were solved very quickly and with the expected result. THX
Hello! We have indeed been emailing you, but you do not seem to get our emails and we do not know any other way to reach you. Could you please check your SPAM and mark our email as "not spam"? Then respond and we can get your issue sorted out. Or you could always provide us a separate email where we can actually reach you

This is a great idea. The app is simple and does what it says it will do. Support is second to none.

Doesn't work and slowed website down. It's a shame as would of been a good app for the website, Will have to keep looking.
Apologies for the issues you faced. For some themes there is some customization required and a support email would have gotten your shop working perfectly within 24hrs. However, we do admit that we could do a better job of making that obvious. Thanks for giving us a try!

I can't believe this App is Free it is so good and easy to use. Perfect for any ecom store. I would pay for this any day. The Tech support is also 5 star and they reply to you very quickly. Love, love, love it :)

Customer support is top notch!! This app works great and is super lightweight. I highly recommend if you need to do pre-order sales. It's super easy to use and if you have any issues they are super quick to address them and get them fixed.

I am using this app to keep track of items that are being purchased as I wait for them to arrive. So far the app has been easy to use. I have reached out to support for help and they have been extremely responsive. Can't wait to see how this works once the items arrive and I begin processing orders.

This is the best pre-order app out there. Support is also sick! :D Great app, definitely suggest it, no need to pay others for just a basic-need script like this.

I am trying to use this app for managing backorder products rather than pre-order. Some of my product variants can go out of stock due to different sizes. I reached out to support and they have let me test the latest beta which includes the ability to manage variants going out of stock. This will enable me to let customers know that the variant is currently out of stock but that they can still place an order and it will be shipped as soon as available. Great support and really useful app to help manage both pre-order and backorder products at a variant level.

Can only 3 products be set? Some are not effective, there is no Pre-order icon, and there is no replace button. The scary thing is that I have changed the Pre-Order Info, and the customer feedback text is still not updated. If I can solve these confusions, I prefer to pay.

Works great. A lot of apps are overly complicated and hide basic functionality behind a paywall. This app does the job without any problems.
