This app helped us to easily add the pre order functionality to our site. It is simple to set up and the team helped us with setup and answered any questions we had promptly and the team also took the time to make sure it integrated with another existing app. Overall, it is a really good app and the customer service is great if there are any questions.

Bad! I tried to contact support and it took days and they never solved my problems, I had to install another app

We have looked for years for a Shopify app that allows partial payments for pre-orders. This app does it! It was easy to install. We needed help with the multi-product orders and technical support was very responsive. It was easy to make cosmetic changes to the app. This is the only app we have found that allows partial payments. Importantly, we can configure it product by product.

Deleted the app as it wasn't what we needed and didn't remove from our home page. Now we have a pre-order button that doesn't work!!!
