We have been using nfusionsolutions for many years assisting us with information on our website as well as on shopify. They have been by far one of the best companies to work with over the last 10+years. Not only do they have the best customer service which is quick to expedite any questions or situations that come up, their product is superior to anything else on the market. I was hired to do the accounting for my company but considering that we are incredibly small, I was tasked with maintaining our website and webstore. I've been using this app for years now and it's absolutely critical to the functioning of the website. Selling bullion without it just isn't viable. Further to that over a number of years (I think over four,) there has only been issues a couple of times - and that's been Shopify changing something on their end. On those occasions the team have been lightning fast to both reply and fix the problems - even out of business hours. They're incredibly professional and appreciate how critical the uptime of their app is. I can't fault them at all.
