The app is very easy to use and no coding required. The support was amazing, we had a little issue with quality after a few months and the team not only fixed the problem ASAP but they went above an beyond and helped us fix the quality of our gif from the .json file. Great app and very easy to use. Had a couple minor issues and received replies very quickly! I use a slide cart app and I had an issue where if you clicked the cart too quickly before the page loaded, it would take you to the cart page instead of sliding the cart out from the right. Preloadify helps with this issue because it allows you to load the page before displaying it.

Good afternoon! I've just installed your app, and it's great; thank you! Just have 1 question: How to place my loading screen right when I load the website for the first time? For instance, when I've finished typing my web address I want my icon to be seen only at that precise moment. I've already set Preloader on my index page. Actually, it does work when I click my logo, and it takes me to the homepage. But it doesn't work right at the beginning when I'm loading the page for the first time. I've just sent an email with a screenshot as well; please help.

the app is just awesome! our website has a lot of content and it takes a bit of time to load. This app has given our website a more professional look. You can even upload your won animations and it integrates perfectly with the website. We love this app and we highly recommend it!
