Great App for preorder items, works well and easy to format, set up. Online support is also fantastic, really appreciate the quick reply and live chat.

the app is not getting removed after trying multiple times. I am trying to connect with the support but there's no response from them. I need to remove the tags from the products that are now replenished in our inventory.

The app works great! The same can be said about the support — they reply fast and do help. I set up "coming soon" for an item and it was exactly what my business needed. Thank you!

Super simple and easy to use! Some pre-order apps are a but tricky to navigate and adjust their settings but this was set up within minutes.

Needed to get a PreOrder launched quickly before BFCM without me having to do any heavy lifting or spend much time configuring things. This plugin nailed it, and was easy and quick to configure. What brought this up to a 5-star review is the customer support. Live Chat—with a real human on the other side—helped me figure out what configuration step I had missed when I couldn't get the app to work. I had a literal 30 second wait to connect with Oliva, and then she figured out the problem and pointed out the solution about 90 seconds later. Speedy, speedy! The customization options are laid out very simply and intuitive. The entire plugin had near zero learning curve (and I've never set up any pre-order before), and was very simple to use. 5/5.
