So far, so good. Very easy to use, and will definitely help in keeping our preorders organized better.
Unfortunately I've had to remove some stars, due to the dishonesty of the developers. They originally promised us early adopters that it would be free forever, for our initial support. Now, around a year later, the app has grown with a significant increase in users and ratings, they have completely gone back on their word and are demanding monthly payment (even after I sent them screenshots to show their original agreement). - Very disappointing, as I based my decision to use their product and invested time setting everything up, on those original terms. - It's an otherwise good app and does what I require reasonably well. But not having trust in the development team is a major concern and leaves a very bad feeling.
We understand you're frustrated, but we want to clarify that we never promised "free forever." It's disappointing that you've interpreted our updates this way, especially considering you've been using the app for 10 months and saved thousands of dollars in the process. As the app has evolved and improved, so too has the need for a sustainable & affordable pricing model. Our chat team has assisted you with all your questions and provided clarifications via live chat, but you continue to request lifetime free access, which isn’t feasible. Creating, maintaining, and updating software requires a dedicated team and involves ongoing technical costs to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement. We value your feedback and regret if our pricing changes have disappointed you. We’ve worked really hard to create something valuable, and your review undermines that effort. Our goal has always been to deliver meaningful value, and we hope you understand our commitment to providing continuous support and improvements through a sustainable model.
Very useful app that help my business create pre-order in a very simple and easy way!
This app is so easy to set up and works perfectly out of the box! Now we can offer different types of products for pre-order, which has opened up opportunities for our store to offer different types of products without extra investment or risk. The support team is very responsive and helpful, too. Thank you for providing this awesome app!

PreQuik was easy to setup and easy to create a new pre-order for a product. The features are for sure on par with some of the paid pre-order apps.
I just downloaded the app to solve the issue of sold-out items and allow customers to make a pre-order. It is very easy to use and the technical team is super efficient and nice :) Thank you for the app!
Easy to use and I see an update in sales with PreOrder Now app. Easy to install and it turns itself off once my stock arrives, so less admin for me. Would highly recommend.
As a free app, the functionality is good. Just wondering how to change the look of the app.
This app is easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do, quickly, simply and without a lot of expense. Within just a few minutes I was able to set up and begin to sell a pre-order on a book that is coming, but not yet published. Thanks for the help!
