BEWARE!!! There is no option to change or cancel your plan once you subscribe. Support does not respond to your issue about it right away. I would not recommend attempting to use this app. Edit: They responded to my email right away and it had gone to spam. The only way to cancel my subscription was to uninstall the app which works perfectly for me. I'm not certain how it would work to downgrade.
Hi there, Sorry if you were given this impression. You can cancel or downgrade PreProduct at any time. If you cancel within the 7 day free trial period, you will not be charged at all. Cancellation happens automatically when you uninstall PreProduct from Shopify. I’ve just looked up your email, and we actually responded within 9 minutes. Potentially the reply was marked as spam? It looks like you uninstalled within 2 hours, so you won’t be charged at all. Oli

In my experience using apps in Shopify, rarely does the app completely fit your needs. You may be using other apps that collide with the app or your business model may be unconventional leaving you with an app that doesn’t really work the way you hoped. This can be very frustrating. This was my situation but I reached to Oli to explain my challenges and he quickly helped solve my issues by slightly adjusting things. Granted, I just started using the app which will provide great value to my customers and I will most likely bump up against other challenges as I discover how to tap the full power of the app but.. knowing that there are actual people who respond quickly and just get stuff done gives me a much welcomed peace of mind. Few things in e-commerce are perfect but it’s how you overcome the obstacles that count in my book. So far, my experience has been extremely positive. Bravo!

Game changer for us. PreProduct has transformed the way our small team is able to manage pre-orders. It’s been a massive operational unlock. The app itself is intuitive, fast to implement, and fits seamlessly into our existing workflows. Oli’s support has been exceptional. He guided us through a smooth integration that worked with our current fulfillment and inventory processes, and went far beyond standard support by helping us build custom solutions to fit what we were trying to achieve. Even in the short time we've used it, there have been several new features released, so I know it's only going to get more robust. We’ve used countless Shopify apps over the years, and PreProduct is hands down the best value we’ve ever received. The product is excellent, the support is unmatched, and the entire experience has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

A pretty robust app with lots of options for managing pre-orders. Excellent support, too, in the rare case that something goes a little sideways!
