Great app, great support. Highly configurable and we can control the preorder variants and lead times through the included API. We came to PreProduct after trialling several other preorder apps which didn't work with our theme, or had no API, or had an extortionate commission % on orders, or a poor support response. This one does everything we need at a sensible price and comes with prompt and helpful UK-based support. Oli helped us fix a couple of issues while we were preparing for launch. For context we're a Shopify Plus site using the Scale plan on the app, but it looks like it'd work well for larger or smaller sites too.

PreProduct is easily the best pre-order solution we’ve used. Beyond the app’s performance, the support team is outstanding. They are incredibly responsive and always come back to us with actual solutions rather than generic answers. They made our entire experience seamless and were genuinely helpful at every turn. We are really impressed!

The app dev team is extremely responsive and very helpful! We are a fast-growing company in the health and wellness space, and so we sell out or take preorders quite often. We also have some nuances to our website that have required tweaks to the app. We always land on some version of the app's settings that help move our business forward.
