The app is easy to set up and customize sufficiently. When I had a request about a minor display issue, I immediately received very friendly help. The gift wrap service is also very well received by our customers; it is definitely an absolute plus in the customer journey!

Please install with caution, as it caused my product images to become misaligned; it took me three days to troubleshoot this. If you notice any image misalignment, please try turning off this application.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with image alignment. There was a brief compatibility issue affecting some stores in early October, and we released a fix for it on October 5. It looks like your installation may have overlapped with that short window, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. Since then, the issue has been fully resolved, and PAL now works smoothly across all product images and layouts.
