AMAZING Customer service. You are actually dealing with real people, unlike Cart2Cart where I've given up on as has been 3 days of chasing and no human tech support response with a migration I paid for but they migrated a demo instead. Prestashop Importer stays with you until the problem (if any) is FIXED, it's great!
