top sia nel suo lavoro che per l'assistenza
They were very helpful throughout the process and guided us in the right direction at every step. A proactive development team that delivers high-quality work. Special thanks to Bjorn.
AMAZING Customer service. You are actually dealing with real people, unlike Cart2Cart where I've given up on as has been 3 days of chasing and no human tech support response with a migration I paid for but they migrated a demo instead. Prestashop Importer stays with you until the problem (if any) is FIXED, it's great!
Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to leave this review! We were happy to help!
This app made our PrestaShop to Shopify migration much easier than expected. The support team was always quick to respond and guided us through the setup step by step. They understood our specific needs, helped us configure everything properly, and made the whole process feel smooth and reliable. If you’re moving your store from PrestaShop to Shopify, this is definitely a tool I’d recommend.
