Prevey is a Shopify App designed to help ecommerce merchants recover sales from abandoning shoppers by asking them one question. The app allows merchants to customize the question and answers, show it in an exit-intent popup or follow-up email, and group responses by common reasons for cart abandonment. Additionally, merchants can offer a discount code as a thank-you for answering and receive a weekly summary of recurring themes from shopper responses.
