I will say Customer Support is responsive, but App is very glitchy! I tried to use for our Cyber Monday sale. Instead of using a promo code or the automatic Shopify discount, I thought it would be nice to show the 40% off sale price on every single product. It did change all the prices but shows original price as $0. All of my original prices still show $0 (even after I reverted it back to normal). Thankful customer support was available to help but it is still not resolved.
Hi Amy, I am Autumn, Customer Success Manager of the SALE+ app. I am sorry for the inconvenience the app has caused yesterday. As my colleague Daniel has explained, the display of $0 was due to the settings of your theme, which is different from common themes that we didn't expect before. However, we have successfully resolved and find a way to not let it show the compare-at-price as $0 for the next time you revert the price. We understand that the solution comes a bit later and you've uninstalled the app by then so you didn't see our messages anymore. If you would give our app another chance, it will show correctly.
