This is an updated review… Arpan and his team still deserve a five-star review. We have been using the app for several months and find it works very well. Arpan continues to provide excellent support for our queries, is very polite, patient and answers around the clock (bearing in mind the time differences between our continents). No question or problem is too great, and we have benefited from the efficient support given by both him and the tech team. Thank you for the great service.

I need to change my review, apparently, it was correctly working but with sale prices, it has ruined our store and therefore our revenue
Hello, OdiEtAmo Collection, It's very unfortunate that even after providing you the support on the Weekend (Sunday) and even on the Bank Holiday as well even Each and every Order was correct from Our app side though you left us a one-star Review By Mentioning that ruined your store and revenue Which is something I don't agree with and which is not right, Shopify has an up-to-date record of Your Orders as well as International Orders which you got correct, That is Each and every order you got was correct with the help of our app and Our app was helping in your International Business as well as increasing your revenue Our Customer Support Executive "Arpan" has already provided you the support round the clock even though we both are operating at different timezone and I myself personally helped you during your Sales Offer to set up the Discount Prices at your store though you have left us 1 star which is very unfortunate which is something I don't agree and Which is really not right We are Providing Merchant Support even on the weekend, Bank Holiday also which other apps don't do, and will never help you Personally to set up your Sales Prices At your site which we have done for you Best Regards

I'm sorry to change my review but even though support always was fast and they tried to help me, the app was way to unstable. Shopify apparently changed some code which made the app show the wrong prices. This led to some 0 margin sales for me and I had to find out the hard way. They blamed Shopify and said they were working on it. I have now changed to another app that works seamlessly without any problems at all.

Although I am on my free trail and in the middle of setting up the app, I wanted to say that the support I got was outstanding. I had a couple of questions and was not sure about the set up, half way into it. I contacted the app support and got into a google video with Arpan who patiently talked me through the set up and answered my questions. More than that we exchanged on whats app prior to the meeting. I realised at the end of the meeting that he was helping me on a bank holiday in India. I am delighted to start with such a help and the confidence of knowing a real and helpful person is there to help behind this app. Will review again as I am getting going .

The app works well and does what it says it does. But what makes this App worthwhile is Arpan at customer service - he and his team are always there to help and assist! with a smile and with a technical and logical perspective. Highly recomended! One thing I would ask the developers to do is delete rest of the world option as it takes up vital varient space!

This app has enabled us to offer free-shipping products to worldwide customers by setting different prices. We have not been experiencing any problems so far. And Arpan from tech support has been super helpful and responsive. Recommended!
