Just look at the other reviews regarding scam. Edit: I was refunded after I contacted them. Though they did send me like 7 emails (1 a day) asking me to take the review down after the refund; so make of that what you will.

Edit: Just to clarify, we not only reached out the first time but multiple times after but there was only a response to our initial message. We wanted to ensure any confusion was cleared up. In your case, you were charged because you had the plan active past the free trial date. As with all apps, Shopify automatically charges you once the free trial ends.
