TLDR: just install it. I installed the free version on a musician's store that needed to create urgency for upcoming releases. The support team integrated it into our theme quickly, and I was even able to use my own graphic icon (although the selection available was terrific). Recommended 100%.

Great App. The support team is awesome -- assisted me in setting up really quick in like 45 minutes it was up and running. I hope it will be smooth like this in the future. Really recommended.

Using the free tier for the time being and really appreciate the simplicity and speedy support resolving my issue (upgrading to Store 2.0 theme). The ability to specify badges via tags is very powerful and I foresee myself upgrading into a paid plan as the need arises for dynamic or meta requirements. Great work Laksh and Manoj

The application is easy to use and very powerfull. The conditions for applying a badge are very comprehensive (excluding tags for example). And the support is very reactive and efficient : issues are addressed within a few minutes ! I highly recommend this app

Excellent Customer Service. Super Speedy. Fixed the issue within 8 hours from my request and even further enhanced the loading speed.

I've been using this app for a while now and it works extremely well and displays nicely on my product pages. The interface to make the badges is a little clunky but nothing that can't be overcome. The support team is also highly responsive and helps with any style issues I've run into. I definitely recommend this app!

Beautiful app for a free version but needs some improvement. I can only place my badge to the top left corner instead it should give me some options. Other than that looks good.

Awesome app, thank you! I like that you have great free option for product labels. For new businesses with small amount of products it is very important to have app to start with. And also good price for extra functions. Also I like that it is very easy to set labels and great support pages for new customers who just start.

As the owner of SB Sentient Beauty LLC I'm very picky about the apps I choose to enhance my shop and it's functionality as well as the ways in which I engage my customers. Prime Badges was a wonderful find and has been incredible as a feature that addresses customer questions with appealing and fun attributes that enhance my product pages. The customer service I received today was immediate and precise as Prathamesh sent me an email confirmation that the free installation I requested of a banner and a hightlight had been completed and all within 15 minutes or so of my request. Update: They have reached out and removed the code. Be aware of apps like these. Messed up the site, even when uninstalled, leave code behind The worst thing is when asked for the code snippet need to be removed, they ask for access but doesn't tell the code!
While our team feels extremely disappointed with the review, I will try and address the issues raised here. 1. Our app is compatible with 100% of all themes. Its been used by 1000s of merchants including Plus customers. In certain themes, the code needs to be installed differently. We offer a 100% free forever customization service to ensure the badges look perfect and the site loads blazing fast. 2. The un-installation guide is clearly mentioned in our documentation. If the merchants are unable to do it then we offer support to remove the code. However, we need theme access to be able to remove this 1-line of code. We explained the situation to the folks at www.brishni.com and also removed the code and provided information on it. After many days we are yet to receive a response from them. We are a team completely focused on providing the best badges solution at a reasonable price for Shopify merchants. This review is completely out of line with the kind of experience we provide.
