サポートが最悪です。 Shopify Flowと連動させたかったのですが、正しく動いておらずサポートに問い合わせました。（フロントエンドは問題ないのですが、管理画面上でお気に入りされた件数が反映されない） 残念なことに、ログイン情報を付与してから、1週間放置されています。履歴を見るとログインすらしてくれていません。 This company has one of the worst customer support I ever encountered. They have left me with no update, not even a login to my admin despite providing them over a week. Terrible servivce.

導入時のサポートが手際よかったので助かりました。日本語対応という点も安心でした。現時点では「お気に入り機能」のみ使用していますが、今後、取り扱いアイテムの増加と共にレヴュー機能や他の機能も追加していく予定です。何かあれば迅速に対応してくれます。
