I sent Print Melon an email and literally got a response within 20minutes, then ordered my samples, I didn't realize they also offer neck labels, I contacted them after receiving the products and they were so kind as to send out replacements with my neck label on them. Whenever I have a question, they respond within an hour and they do solve any problems/issues you may have. I will be placing more orders. Best POD ever, thanks so much!!
