The quality & the packaging options on items is outstanding. I'm working with a couple etsy stores and shopify & it's pretty seamless. I Love that they have an Ai tool for descriptions. I've been with them a few years and it's nice to have some integration!

The products are nice, and I always had a pleasant experience with customer service. However, its absolutely unacceptable that products are taking 2 weeks to be shipped. I don't understand why they can't just hire a massive amount of people to speed the process up. Nobody else has this terrible turnaround time. I like the packaging options, and I am content with the quality of the products, but they should be more transparent about the atrocious turnaround time. On top of that, the design window always crashes if your file is too large. I can upload the same large image onto a Printify blanket and it works fine. The website/app is full of glitches and bugs. They not only need to hire more people for their warehouses, but maybe some new developers as well. There is potential but unfortunately I do not want to wait around for them to catch up to the other POD companies, who have turnaround times of 2-4 days before it ships out. When a singular mug can be printed in 2 days instead of 2 weeks, then I will be back. For a website to say that its average production time is "typically between 2-4+ business days", that is entirely dishonest. And my order has been stuck on "Picked" for over a week, and I have no idea when to expect it to be printed. There is no explanation of their timeline and labels. They have a long way to go before they can compete with the big POD players. Printed Mint is nice for personal projects that don't have urgency, not for selling items on your shopify store.

I was having issues with the site when I first started it and really didn't like the fact that you couldn't see the mockups or your product while designing it. I reached out to Printed Mint and I must admit the response time and how to resolve the issues was very impressive. I'm going to see how it works after adding my items to Etsy. I do feel that even though I haven't really gotten my feet wet with this site, the branding will be the best part of this site. More time for the customer and less time with marketing your brand.

I've done business with PrintedMint for several years and have never ever been disappointed in their products nor their customer service.
