Very satisfied with the range of products and, above all, the customer service. If a customer complaint or/and a production issue arises, a satisfactory solution is always sought. You can always contact a "real person" and don't have to talk to a bot. I truly appreciate that!

I love there prices shipping is fast. the quality of the items i bought are of good. If i had to say any this shipping is a little high. I have used this app for a year now.

I love this fullfillment service company and their website UI is very easy to use. The price is resonable to new POD store like us. Highly recommend!

They are good. After a production issue caused some orders to go out with incorrect specifications, PrintKK stepped in and handled it professionally. Once the problem was identified, they took responsibility, communicated clearly, and worked with me to get everything sorted quickly. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just offer a generic apology, they actually helped me resolve the impact on my customers and my business. The support team went above and beyond to make things right, and the outcome was fair and practical. No supplier is perfect, but how they respond matters. In my case, PrintKK did the right thing and I’m satisfied with the resolution.
