They are good. After a production issue caused some orders to go out with incorrect specifications, PrintKK stepped in and handled it professionally. Once the problem was identified, they took responsibility, communicated clearly, and worked with me to get everything sorted quickly. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just offer a generic apology, they actually helped me resolve the impact on my customers and my business. The support team went above and beyond to make things right, and the outcome was fair and practical. No supplier is perfect, but how they respond matters. In my case, PrintKK did the right thing and I’m satisfied with the resolution.

One of the best POD apps I've tried in recent years. Samples are really cheap and there is no compromise over quality. Ordered a few samples of a license plate and a shirt which were really cheap and shipped to the UK, which took a little over 2 weeks to arrive. Quality and print is good for the price. Glad I switched from main POD apps to PrintKK, support is really fast at solving mishaps too

The prices for the products are impeccable but the shipping costs are a bit high. All in all the shipping prices equals out the product costs for a fair price. The only downside is the slow shipping times but it is over seas shipping so 10-15 business days isn't too bad.

I use a lot of POD companies, and PrintKK is one of my favorites. Communication is quick and helpful, products are great! For overseas shipping, items come in a reasonable time. A+
