Great product with amazing ability and helpful options. The Best Document App for Physical and Digital Needs - A Must-Have for Retail & Shopify POS Stores! "Printout Designer" is an app that, as its name suggests, specializes in printing Shopify data. However, its capabilities don't stop at printing. You can also email any created document directly to customers, making it a highly flexible tool for both physical and digital needs. For businesses that operate physical stores, this is arguably the absolute best document creation app available. It is especially useful for stores using Shopify POS, where it can deliver maximum value. The app's greatest strength is its automated printing through seamless integration with "PrintNode." This is incredibly important for advancing DX (Digital Transformation). I also love that you can set detailed conditions for automated printing, using product metadata as flags. PrintNode is a separate software that connects with virtually any printer (receipt, laser, label printers, etc.) running on PC, Mac, or Linux. With Google Cloud Print no longer available, PrintNode stands as the top cloud printing solution. It goes without saying that the combination of these two powerful tools dramatically improves business efficiency. You can lay out almost all of Shopify's metadata exactly as you wish, allowing you to handle a wide range of physical document needs for your retail store. 【Examples of How We Use It】 1.Printing discount coupons from a receipt printer when a specific product is purchased. 2.Printing a label with the customer's name and order number from a label printer when a Draft Order is created. 3.Creating product POP (Point of Purchase) displays for our store shelves. However, due to its extensive functionality, there is a bit of a learning curve. But once you master it, it will undoubtedly bring significant benefits to your store. If there is one area for improvement, I would ask for more comprehensive documentation. The customer support is excellent and they politely answer any questions. Nevertheless, it took me some time to become fully proficient. With the rise of practical AI-powered assistants like Sidekick, adding such a support feature would lower the barrier to entry and make the app even easier to adopt. I look forward to future feature enhancements. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the developers for creating such a fantastic app.

The reproduction of documents in this tool works very well. However, you cannot necessarily rely on the automations. A minus point is the support, which takes a very long time to respond and is inflexible. To date, we have not been able to solve problems that have existed for several months. Another minus point is the staggering of the price plans. We process slightly more orders per month than are included in the $20 plan and therefore have to pay for the unlimited plan, which costs three times as much. We should have paid attention to this before we set up all the documents.
